Abacus Metals Private Limited is the manufacturing facility of Eraa (U.K.) Ltd, wholly owned and based in Jhotwara, Jaipur. We make the hardware sold under the Loxta brand, OEM products for other brands worldwide, and hardware for premium projects in India.
This is not outsourced contract work. It is direct production oversight covering material selection, forging, casting, machining, finishing, and inspection, all under a single roof, by people who have been refining the craft for decades.

Capabilities

Precision Machining
CNC turning and milling for tight tolerances on stainless steel, brass, and aluminium. Ideal for security and load-bearing parts.
VMC Machining
Vertical machining centres for complex geometries, multi-axis features, and repeatable production runs at consistent quality.
Laser Cutting
Precise sheet and plate cutting in stainless and aluminium for plates, escutcheons, signage, and bespoke fabricated components.
Sand casting and all finishing are done in-house too, so a part never leaves the site between raw material and final inspection.
