Who we are
This site is run by Abacus Metals Private Limited (CIN U28994RJ2000PTC016200), Opp. Pillar #35, Near Railway Crossing, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302012, India.
We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Eraa (U.K.) Ltd, Unit G6 (SF Reception), 1-4 Enterprise Way, Burnley, Lancashire, BB12 6LT, United Kingdom.

What we collect
- When you contact us. What you choose to send by email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and role, what you need made, and any drawings or files you attach.
- When you browse, if you accept analytics. The pages you view, clicks and scrolling, the kind of device and browser you use, and roughly where you are. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect this using cookies, and Clarity can replay how a page was used. If you do not accept, neither runs.
- Whenever the site is used. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, quote, and carry out the work you ask for. We do this because you have asked us to, and because answering business enquiries is how we operate.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site. We do this only with your consent.
We work with businesses only. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who we share it with
- Eraa (U.K.) Ltd, our parent company, which works with us on enquiries and design.
- The services that run this site and our communications: Cloudflare for hosting, our email provider, and, if you use them, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Google and Microsoft, for analytics, only if you accept.
Where it is kept
Your details are handled in India and the United Kingdom. The services above may also process data in other countries, including the United States.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and the files sent with them: three years after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a customer, we keep order records for as long as tax and company law require.
- Analytics data: for the period set by Google and Microsoft.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Your choice about analytics is remembered in your browser’s storage. If you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their cookies, with names such as _ga, _clck, and _clsk.
You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent to analytics. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in India the Data Protection Board.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page.
