Helpful detail makes a faster reply.
If you’re scoping a manufacturing project, this is the information that lets us come back with something useful on the first reply.
- What it is. A brief description of the part or product, even one or two sentences.
- Material preference. If you know it, whether SS316, SS304, brass, or aluminium, say so. If you don’t, no problem.
- Drawing or reference. Anything visual, including CAD, PDF drawing, photograph, sketch, or a link to a similar product.
- Volume and timeline. Indicative numbers and dates. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.
- Finish requirements. Polished, brushed, plated, coated, antiqued, or to be confirmed.
