Service 01

OEM Manufacturing

Production of hardware to your design, your specification, and your branding. Suitable for established product ranges that need a reliable, vertically integrated manufacturing partner.

  • Manufacture to your drawings or our shared development
  • Branded packaging, labelling, and documentation
  • Production runs from sample through to volume
Service 02

Bespoke Design & Manufacturing

For projects where the design doesn’t exist yet. We work from a brief, a sketch, or a reference, and develop a manufacturable design alongside our metallurgical and machining teams.

  • Design-for-manufacture review and refinement
  • Sample development and iteration
  • Tooling investment shared transparently
Service 03

Heritage Replication

Authentic reproductions of historic and period ironmongery. Castings and forgings produced to look right, feel right, and weigh right, for restoration projects, conservation work, and heritage-style new builds.

  • Period-accurate designs in solid brass
  • Patinated and aged finishes
  • Single restorations and longer production runs
Service 04

Brand Consolidation

For brands rationalising their supply chain across multiple categories such as handles, hinges, locks, and plates, into a single manufacturing partner. Reduces co-ordination overhead and unifies quality control.

  • Multi-category manufacturing under one roof
  • Unified packaging, branding, and documentation
  • Single point of commercial contact
Service 05

Sample & Prototype Development

Functional samples for specification, testing, or marketing. Produced using the same processes and tooling that the production parts will use, so the sample is genuinely representative.

  • Pre-production samples for specification approval
  • Test units for certification submission
  • Marketing samples in final finish
Service 06

Tooling & Finish Development

Where a project needs new tooling or a new finish, we develop both alongside the part. Tooling stays available for repeat orders, with cost and amortisation discussed openly at the outset.

  • Forging dies and machining fixtures developed in-house
  • Finish development with sample sign-off
  • Transparent tooling cost and ownership terms
How a project runs

From first conversation to first delivery.

A simple, repeatable workflow that we’ve refined across decades of manufacturing for international clients. Each step has clear deliverables and clear sign-off.

Brief & feasibility

You share what you need, whether a drawing, sample, sketch, or written brief. We come back with a feasibility view covering materials, process, indicative cost, and any design changes that would help.

Quotation & tooling

Formal quotation for sample, tooling (if required), and production. Tooling cost and ownership are agreed transparently before we proceed.

Sample & sign-off

We produce samples using production tooling and processes. You evaluate, we iterate, and we sign off the production specification against the approved sample.

Production

Manufacturing runs against the approved specification with continuous in-process inspection. We flag anything that requires a decision rather than guess.

Inspection, packing, dispatch

Pre-dispatch quality sign-off, packing to your specification, and shipping documentation. Repeat orders run from the same approved specification without re-sampling.

Ready to start a conversation?

Whichever stage you’re at, whether exploring options, sourcing samples, or scoping a production run, we’re happy to talk specifications.
